the most economical panel we carry. Tuff-Rib is also known under other
names including MasterRib, Panel-Loc Plus, GrandRib 3, and other names.
Available with a 40 year paint warranty, Tuff-Rib is a long lasting
economical product. Many of our colors are

energy efficiency. We custom cut these panels to the half inch. These panels are fabricated right here in Lebanon, Tennessee!

R-Panel / PBR Panel
R-Panel is our most commonly used panel for commercial application. The 1 1/4" tall ribs allow it to span greater distances. R-Panel is a great panel for slopes as low as 1:12. We custom cut these panels to the half inch.

5V-Crimp is a tried and true metal roof system. As one of the first panels to gain nationwide

Our specially formulated WeatherXL® silicone polyester coating is a
warrior and a workhorse. Designed to go where it will be abused, but
must look great. Created to weather most everything that comes its way.
Chemistry
WeatherXL is a siliconized polyester (SMP) formula that combines the
durable characteristics of ceramic and other inorganic pigments with the
strength of an innovative silicone polyester resin. The result: Extreme
resistance to abrasion, chipping and marring with tremendous color and
gloss retention.
Functionality
WeatherXL is a two-coat finish for aluminum, Galvalume® or HDG steel.
Ideal for commercial, pre-engineered buildings, agricultural,
industrial, building components/systems and
roofing systems. WeatherXL handles the daily abuses of transportation, fabrication and delivers the toughness to go the duration.
Artistry
WeatherXL has incredible color retention so incredible colors are in
order: light stone, polar white, rustic red, colony green, burnished
slate, ash gray and more. Custom colors and Solar Reflective
formulations are also available. The SR colors meet ENERGY STAR®
guidelines for steep slope roofs, which saves money on building cooling.
